- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆It's not a horrible place. But it is kinda jacked up.. Some of the C.O. 's have a low iq' s and high tempers causing inmates with better commen sense to question there ability to manage said 1500 inmates. The school house needs better equipment and also more clothes for inmates. They have been cutting back for years and it's causing the inmates to be disgruntled.. Not being able to get the education and comfort (yes I know it's prison) needed to accept being locked in a cage for 1 to 30 years. Colonel is strick but fair. Major I never seen much but seemed like a rule setter. The captains (2 of them) one was crooked as all get out... Needs to be investigated and let go. The other was just a rude I know it all country boy.. Overall the place isn't horrible but has much room for improvements...By tommy draughon, January 02, 2017
